Shipping policy

The shipping process may vary depending on the country or region, as different carriers will handle the order. The buyer must provide accurate delivery information, including a valid shipping address that is easily accessible by local couriers. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we no longer have control over the delivery process.

We will not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect address information provided by the buyer
  • Delays or additional costs incurred due to address modifications requested by the buyer during shipping

In case of delivery delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us, and we will assist in communicating with the carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Delivery Information Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate shipping details, including your email address, phone number, and delivery address. After placing an order, please check your email regularly and keep your phone accessible so that our customer service or courier staff can contact you if necessary.

Please note:
Different countries may have varying shipping policies and information requirements. Throughout the entire process—from order placement to successful receipt—we may request additional relevant information as needed for shipping purposes.

Special Requirements for Certain Regions:

  • Russia: The company name and corresponding address must be provided; otherwise, delivery times may be extended.
  • Brazil: A personal tax number is required; otherwise, the logistics company will reject the order.
  • Taiwan, China: The recipient must complete real-name verification via the "EZ Way" app.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

To maintain competitive shipping rates, CK - Circles of knowledge has set differentiated logistics fees for different countries. We offer three shipping methods and have divided most countries/regions into three shipping zones to meet the needs of the vast majority of customers.

Free Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping is available for most countries (excluding remote areas).

Delivery Times & Fees
Different shipping zones correspond to different fee and time standards, as displayed on the checkout page. Shipping costs will be adjusted dynamically based on actual logistics expenses.
Local holidays in the country of origin that cause delays are not counted in the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Origin
By default, orders will be shipped from Saudi Arabia based on warehouse inventory priority (unless another shipping origin is displayed on the page). If local warehouses are out of stock, orders will be shipped from the Saudi Arabian distribution center, which may result in longer delivery times.

Import Duties & Other Taxes
The listed price does not include any import duties or local taxes that may be imposed by the destination country/region. When the goods arrive, local customs authorities will assess applicable taxes and fees, which are the buyer's responsibility. Since tax policies vary by country/region, we cannot provide exact amounts. We recommend checking your local tax rates in advance.
Note: Regardless of whether the buyer accepts the delivery, applicable taxes and fees will still be incurred upon arrival in the destination country/region and must be borne by the buyer.
